Dellner Polymer Solutions consists of two manufacturing plants in the UK and one in Qingdao City in China. We also operate from Pune India and North America. Together we design, process and fabricate polymer products for OEM and after sales/service markets in rail, off-highway, defence, industrial (oil, gas, power generation, mining, chemical processing, furniture) and marine industries.

As the Key Account Manager for North America, your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth for polymer products with North American markets. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their business objectives are met through tailored solutions. Your role will involve conducting in-depth assessments to identify opportunities for value-added services, negotiating contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
Additionally, you will track and analyze account performance, resolve any customer issues promptly, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by maintaining a pipeline of repeat orders and driving new business opportunities. You’ll oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Your success in this role will be driven by your deep understanding of polymer products, combined with your proven experience in B2B sales within the North American markets we serve. This expertise will be crucial in positioning Dellner Polymer Solutions as a leader in the industry and driving growth across the region. You will use your negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic mindset to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will need to be proficient in CRM software, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and capable of navigating the complexities of international business dynamics with cultural sensitivity.
