Position: Sales Co-ordinator

Location: Burton on Trent

We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work within our Customer Service team. The main duties of the role are:

  • to provide a professional and timely customer service and to liaise with all departments to rapidly and satisfactorily resolve open queries
  • to coordinate all incoming enquiries
  • to prepare and send accurate quotations
  • processing customer orders, schedules and invoices
  • liaising with HM Customs and Excise office with regards to exportation of goods and ensure correct classification and documentations are prepared
  • to collate, prepare and present KPI data
  • to support the Customer Services Manager with any other duties as required

We would like to hear from candidates who have similar experience in a customer services and sales administration roles within manufacturing organisations and can demonstrate experience building rapport with customers and negotiating effectively.

Experience of ERP systems is advantageous, particularly SAGE. Candidates must be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

This is a very busy and varied role and you should be able to prioritise your own workload, handle multi priorities and be comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst building relationships with people at all levels of the business.

Position: Sales Director

Location: Burton on Trent or Consett, County Durham

Summary
We are seeking a Sales Director responsible for setting and leading the operational sales strategy for Dellner Polymer Solutions in Burton upon Trent and Dellner Romag in Consett. Both companies are part of the Swedish Dellner Bubenzer Group.

Description

You will report to the UK CEO, will sit on the Senior Management Team and be responsible for building positive and sustained relationships with existing and new customers to maximise new business development opportunities.

You will have a team reporting into you and will work closely with Plant Managers and Technical teams at both sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the sales strategy, working with the team to build and monitor a predictable revenue stream, managing and optimising sales practices to ensure efficient and effective follow up of leads and appropriate allocation of client workload.

The role can be based from either site and you will be expected to commute to each site regularly plus be available for national and international travel.

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills, backed by a proven track record of achieving sales targets, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to motivate and lead a dispersed team. Relevant industry experience is also essential.
