How we work
Technical innovation is at the heart of what we do, in fact it's integral to our DNA. You can see our innovation at work in our unique Data to Knowledge (D2K™) process and Thermal Energy Management System (TEMS). We've also developed innovative lightweight materials that help to lower costs, improve performance and extend system life, and modular products for easier, more efficient replacement, repair and refurbishment.
We use our 150 years of engineering expertise to develop bespoke solutions for our customers on a day-to-day basis.
We believe partnership working is the best way to innovate, and we work closely with our customers and partners across the globe to develop and deliver smart solutions to vibration problems.
We work dynamically and collaboratively with our customers - connecting our people, innovation and systems to deliver solutions that are truly world class. This allows our design teams, materials specialists and production experts to rapidly respond with smarter solutions, driving up standards and delivering tailored benefits for our customers. Through enhanced understanding, this dynamic approach exceeds every expectation, every time.
Smart solutions for a greener world
We are fully committed to a greener future for our planet. We continually look for ways to increase sustainability and resource efficiency through material design, reduced consumption and improved energy recovery in our production processes.
But not only that, the intelligent components and unique Data to Knowledge (D2K™) processes in our customers’ systems also combine to deliver sustainable advantages including reduced energy use and longer lasting components.
Quality and safety
We have a strong focus on quality and safety, which is built into everything we do. More>>
