Dellner Polymer Solutions is one of six Business Units within the Dellner Group, a Swedish, privately-owned organisation which was established in 1937.
Our BU’s are unique to each other and are managed independently by their respective Managing Director and Advisory Board. This independence always us to react quickly to the customer and enhances our creativity, meaning we can be the customers first choice for sustainable solutions and installations. Independence and flexibility is important but equally, our BU’s work together through dialogue, cooperation and mutual support to create “One Team”, lead by a Group CEO and Leadership Team.
Our strategy is to triple growth by 2030 through a mixture of organic growth and acquisitions and we are on this journey now. How we reach our goals is just as important as what we achieve and our core values of Commitment, Innovation, Team Spirit and Joy can be seen by all 1000+ employees, operating in over 30 locations around the world.
The future is now - we have restructured our BU’s to create the environment for the balance of independence and cooperation and we are recruiting to continue to fill our team with skilled and ambitious people that will join on our journey of growth.
