Summary
We are looking for a Production Associate (Night Shift) to support key stages of our manufacturing process.
You will follow scheduled build plans, produce high quality work, and safely operate a range of industrial equipment and hand tools.
Description
What you’ll do:
• Work across production areas including moulding, painting, blasting and part preparation
• Cut and prepare rubber; operate heated hydraulic presses
• Use metal blasting equipment, degreasing baths, and apply paint coatings
• Follow work instructions, process specifications and quality standards
• Identify defects or scrap and escalate issues promptly
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5S principles
• Support health & safety requirements and wear PPE at all times

• Ability to read specifications and work accurately (Essential)
• Good communication skills (Essential)
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail (Essential)
• Team-focused attitude (Essential)
• Experience using hand tools (Desirable)
• Experience with mechanical or production processes (Desirable)
